BLIZTERIN' SUN
This is the project where I poured the most of my personal style and creative identity. I was fully responsible for every aspect of the band’s branding, marketing, and visual production. From the logo design to the music videos, each element was crafted by me — making this project a true extension of my artistic vision.

About the band
Blending elements of grunge, garage, stoner, and alternative rock, the band has a raw, urban identity that deeply influenced the visual direction I created. As a brand rooted in city life, I designed the logotype to evoke the feeling of concrete, steel, and urban architecture — inspired by the gritty textures of graffiti and street culture, which are so closely tied to rock aesthetics.
The Design
I created a logotype that could be used both in a compact form and as separate elements when needed, adapting well to different formats such as banners, stickers, and more. The symbol draws inspiration from concrete structures and urban bridges, complementing the typography chosen for the band’s name.
The typeface used was Reckoner, designed by Alex Dale. I customized several letters to follow a triangular structure, echoing the visual identity of the symbol. Some stylistic adjustments were also made to make it slightly bolder, ensuring better visibility and impact across various backgrounds.

This branding project was also my final thesis for my Graphic Design degree in Brazil, making it not only one of my most personal creations, but also a key milestone in my academic journey.
Beyond the Logo
In addition to designing the logotype, I was also responsible for the full brand experience — from how it would appear on stage to the visual direction of our music videos and beyond. The band became a major part of my journey as a designer, offering me the chance to explore multiple areas of design. I worked on everything from video production to printed materials, shaping a cohesive and expressive identity across all touchpoints.
Highlights
The brand achieved incredible milestones — most notably, performing for the cast of The Boys (Amazon Prime) at CCXP 2019 in São Paulo, a true high point in our career. We also played numerous shows across Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, and festivals throughout Minas Gerais.
The band currently has three official music videos on YouTube and has released two EPs on all major streaming platforms — for which I also designed all the album covers.
As the lead vocalist, guitarist and bassist, I can proudly say this was my most successful and creatively fulfilling project to date.
